1. What is the difference between the different collections?
- Basic Full Set : Set of 20 nails in all sizes. One color. Lengths from short to long.
- Made to Order: Set of 10 nails in the size you select (S,M,L, custom sizing) Lengths from short to long w/ various designs.
2. What size set should I get?
We recommend that you measure your nails using our nail size chart to determine which set is right for you. You can also purchase a nail size kit to determine your size nail. We highly recommend you do this first before purchasing any nails to ensure an accurate fit.
3. What if the measurements I have don't match your sets?
You can have a custom size set made a no extra charge. Just place the sizes for your nails in the sellers notes during checkout. Please allow for additional time for custom set to be created.
4. How do I put them on and take them off?
On the back of our thank you card we provide instructions on how to apply your new nails. You may also visit our How To page for instructions on nail application and removal.
5. Do I need to purchase my own glue?
No, all our nails come with nail glue. However, we do offer additional glue should you want to have a back up.
6. Will these press on damage my nails?
With proper care and removal apply press on nails should not damage your natural nail.
7. My nails didn't fit or I don't like them, can I return them?
Unfortunately no. All press on sets are final sale. However, if you are hesitant about a product please reach out to us with your questions at help@rareopulence.net or using our contact form. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
8. Are your sunglasses unisex?
Yes. If you think they would look great on you, get them and tag us in your photos!
9. What material is your jewelry made from?
All of our jewelry is Nickle and lead free. Our bar necklace is stainless steel material that comes in three different metal tones.
10. Can I return my candle or wax melt?
Yes, but it must be within the time frame stated in our return policy and it must be UNUSED. Any items not meeting this criteria will not be accepted.
10. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel within 48 hours of the original order by emailing help@rareopuelence.net and BEFORE it has been fulfilled. Please include your full name and order number. Once it has been fulfilled you will need to submit a return request.
